This initial session is designed to help guide you to your next steps for fertility success.

During the call, you will also receive our PCOS Fertility Checklist to help you better understand your current status and identify areas for improvement. To get the most out of this session, bring your questions with you.

I provide support for women with PCOS who:

✓ are over the age of 30

✓previously on birth control

✓ have been trying to conceive for 8 + months

✓future planning mommies (want to preserve fertility)

✓fertility support post-miscarriage

✓couple considering IVF or IUI

Note: This isn't a coaching session, but rather an opportunity for you to receive expert advice and feedback on what you're currently doing, and to develop a plan for improvement. Bring your questions and concerns, and let's work towards making your baby dreams come true

My goal is to support you on your journey to getting pregnant either naturally or through IUI/IVF by ensuring you are doing everything you can to support your body the best way possible to improve your fertility outcomes with PCOS.
