Q. Will I need to have any knowledge on nutrition to take this course?​
No you don't need to have any knowledge on nutrition. I have taken out all the guess work and provided you with specific actionable tasks for each stage within the program. The pillars work WITH your body- not against it- and are very easy to follow.

Q. Can I find the foods needed at my local store?
Definitely. This program's meal plans contain lots of local fresh ingredients, most of which you will be able to source at your local supermarket or Caribbean market.

Q. Can I continue my nutritional supplements while taking part in the program?
Most likely! The nutritional supplements you may already be using are likely fine to continue during the Program, unless otherwise suggested by your doctor.. This meal plan is designed to be very safe and easy to follow.
Note that if you decide to use any of the PCOS supplements outlined in your supplement protocol, you should consult your doctor before beginning any of them.

Q. I am taking birth control or other medications- can I still benefit from using the program?
Yes! Medications like The Pill and Metformin and are absolutely fine to take while on the Program. Although synthetic hormones from The Pill, may mask some effects of what you’re doing. But you will still feel a lot better, and will be able to support your body to come off birth control, if that’s a goal of yours.​

Q.I am experiencing facial hair and acne, irregular cycles as well as dark patches on my skin. Will this course help with those symptoms as well?
Definitely. PCOS manifests in many different ways. And with helping to lose weight fixing insulin resistance the program as well as help you to identify your triggers and manage symptoms.​

Q, I haven’t officially been diagnosed with PCOS but have all the symptoms, will this course work for me?
Likely yes. This program is a hormone balancing and anti-inflammatory diet. And so will be beneficial for most all women, especially those with PCOS symptoms such as facial hair, blood sugar dysregulation, hair loss, acne and mood disturbances.
